Two primary roles, office side and vessel side, each with permissions tuned to how superintendents and crews actually work. Office users create and publish assessments, manage users and vessels, assign superintendents by vessel group, and oversee reviews. Vessel users execute assessments, attach evidence, and sign off with pen or digital signature.

Deploy on our cloud or your own infrastructure with your branding. Authentication uses SSO on your tenant with company-specific preferences. Licence as a one-time payment or subscription, with no limit on seats. Review workflows and risk assessment templates are included in the package.

Each assessment carries its own review chatroom so office and vessel teams resolve questions in context. Search finds assessments by vessel, hazard, status, or superintendent. Analytics surfaces trends; Excel and PDF printouts support audits and management reporting.
